The Parksville-Qualicum Community Foundation was established in 1999 with a mandate of providing grant support to a wide range of local community programs -- from health, education and social services to arts, culture and the environment.
Our Vision is to build permanent endowment funds totaling $5 million dollars by the year 2020. The income earned on these funds would allow $250,000 in grants to community activities every year.
The Parksville-Qualicum Community Foundation is dedicated to enriching and strengthening the communities in District 69.
The Parksville-Qualicum Community Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt grantmaking organization. It is governed by an independent, voluntary board of directors, broadly representative of the community.
