GRANT  PROCEDURES

The application process requires submission of a formal application by a specific deadline. 

No late applications will be considered. The deadline for 2011 is: March 26, 2011.

The application form should be completed in black ink (for ease of reading and photocopying) or better yet, typed. There should be FIVE copies of the completed application  sent  to the Secretary of the Foundation c/o its mailing address (174 Railway Street, Qualicum Beach V9K 1K7) by the deadline.

If your group is sponsored by another organization, please complete the Sponsorship Form (attached to the Grant Application Form ), with signatures of the principles of the two groups/organizations.

The committee may require further information. A site visit and/or meeting of the parties involved may also be required. This is to ensure full understanding of the context in which the grant application is being made.
