Share your perspective on life in our local communities with a Vital Signs survey, led by Vancouver Island University (VIU).
A Vital Signs report is a public document that illustrates the health and well being of a community using social, environmental and economic indicators.
A team at VIU is currently working to create a local Vital Signs report for the Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region (MABR). This includes the localities of Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Errington, Coombs, French Creek, Whiskey Creek and Hilliers.
If you are aged 18 years or older, and live in one of these localities, please fill out this short questionnaire on your perspectives on life in your community. Results of the survey will be shared publicly once the project is complete.
After completing the survey, you can enter to win a local gift or a beauty basket from Hudsons Bay Company!
Thank you for taking a few minutes on the short survey — your time is appreciated!
