Do you have a great idea for your neighbourhood? Starting February 15, residents of BC can apply for up to $500 for Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) projects that connect people socially, or share skills or talents. Through the NSG program, Parksville-Qualicum Community Foundation is actively supporting neighbours to build community and strengthen connections
