Jennifer Hubbard serves as the Board’s Vice Chair. She has practiced law since 1994, with more than a decade with Walker Hubbard, before it became All Points Law.
Jennifer practices both as a solicitor and a mediator. She has a busy real estate practice, assisting clients with all types of real estate conveyances, including residential and commercial transactions, mortgages, covenants, and easements.
In her wills and estates practice, Jennifer assists clients in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements as well as estate planning prior to medical assistance in dying. For those handling estates, she guides executors in all of their duties including preparing documents necessary for grants of probate and letters of administration.
As a certified comprehensive family law mediator, Jennifer has years of experience assisting separating parties to arrive at fair, affordable settlements. Jennifer also conducts elder mediations for those with age-related issues including inter-generational or blended family challenges, health care planning, or estate planning.
