Kari joined the Board of Directors in 2023.
Being a lifelong resident of the Parksville-Qualicum Beach area Kari has a deep love for her community and enjoys giving back through volunteering. Over the years she has been involved with many committees from fundraising events, carnivals, Dry Grad/proms and most recently the Qualicum Beach Canada Day celebrations. She was the Vice President of the Whalers Football Team (non-profit society), and has been a driving force behind many fundraising events for Haven House; a local domestic abuse shelter for women and children.
Professionally Kari has been a Real Estate agent for 18 years and enjoys helping people with such an important time in their lives. She is most proud of being recognized by her Real Estate Board for her dedication to making a difference with in her community by awarding her the Realtors Care award.
In her spare time Kari can be found combing local beaches for sea glass, golfing with her husband, or spending time with her kids and grandsons.
