Joining the team in 2026, Sarah Parker brings more than 20 years of industry experience and over 15 years of non-profit finance and operations leadership to her work with community-focused organizations. Her background includes accounting, budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, grant administration, governance support, risk management, and operational planning.
Sarah has served in finance and administration roles with several organizations including The Port Theatre Society and the Down Syndrome Resource Foundation. She is experienced in fund accounting, charitable filings, audit preparation, donor and stakeholder relations, and supporting boards and committees.
Her volunteer experience includes treasurer and leadership roles with local arts, education, scouting, and community organizations, reflecting her long-standing commitment to service and strong, well-run non-profits. Outside of the office, Sarah can be found playing board games of all sorts with her friends, or in her garden, plotting next year’s planting season
