Stephen joined the Board of Directors in 2026.
Stephen grew up in Qualicum Beach and has close ties to the Oceanside community. He’s been a volunteer board member for health, sport and business focused non-profits. He was pleased to join the Parksville-Qualicum Community Foundation as a Board member.
Stephen has a Masters Degree in Community and Regional Land Use Planning from UBC. He worked for BC Hydro for 32 years before setting up his own communications company in spring 2025. He has a long history of collaboration, partnerships, community relations, and proactive communication. He is married to Lisa, has a son Jon Robbie, and lives in Nanoose Bay.
